Thailand villa listing service
Thailand Holiday House will create your listing and host this on our site for 12 months. Your villa or rental advert will be optimized for your property and location, with a unique description. We may also feature your property on our Thailand Holiday Villas Blog, or via social media, and special offers may also be communicated via these additional rental marketing channels.
We offer either paid listings at an annual rate of THB 9,000 / year (with a link to your own website if requested), or a commission based service, the latter operating on a rate parity basis such that holidaymakers renting via Thailand Holiday House are assured that the rental rate they pay is always less than or equal to the rates you advertise on your own or other sites.
As we invest considerable time and funds in establishing commission-based pages, and as some owners (perhaps understandably!) have requested to change their listing basis to a paid subscription where realized booking commissions outrun our yearly advertising rates, we regret that commission-based listings may not be converted to paid listings. Whilst we are happy with our pay for performance model, we also feel it is fair that unpaid promotion of your holiday home also be recognized. The original choice of listing type is always yours!
