Samui Beachfront Villa is a large and luxurious  holiday villa offering up to 5 bedrooms, located on the upscale Northern coast of Koh Samui at  Bang Por beach. With direct beach access, the villa is also only a few minutes drive from shops and restaurants, from the famous Santiburi Golf Club, and from the centre of Nathon with its extensive shopping and the ferry to the mainland. The  Fisherman’s Village and its wide array of restaurants, bars and shops is fifteen minutes away, whilst Chaweng is readily accessed in 25 minutes, and the airport in 30 minutes.

The Beachfront Villa's modern design unites indoor and outdoor living, direct beach frontage and stunning sea views. This highly spacious property offers over 900 sqm of living space on a plot of over 1,000 sqm.  Floating flagstones in the villa's courtyard delineate the property that is comprised of four pavilions:

The first Pavilion is the hub of the property - a  spacious, glass-fronted  dining & kitchen area, with a 4 burner Turbo BBQ, set above  an underground Sports Bar, incorporating a gym with high quality equipment and pool views, a 47 inch TV, foosball table and wine bar area with a selection of wines.

The second open Pavilion constitutes a  living area enjoying breathtaking views,  leading to a floating deck with a pool table.

The third Pavilion houses the king-bedded master bedroom and its  indoor / outdoor bathroom & terrace with access to the  27m saltwater lap pool and Jacuzzi. The master bedroom is equipped with an Apple IMac computer with internet access.

An additional four  guest rooms offer king beds and private bathrooms, and there is a  veranda &  rooftop terrace for relaxation.

There is an in-villa Spa offering massages, pedicure, manicure and an outdoor rain shower and sunken bath.  The outdoor massage deck offers beautiful sea views.

This stunning villa offers modern  audio-visual equipment, a BOSE sound system, free broadband Wifi internet, flat screen TVs with international satellite channels, a Thai mobile telephone and I-pod docking stations. The villa is carefully designed and blends  contemporary furnishings, artwork, electronic safes and the finest linens.
 

During your stay at the villa, you are free to use the services provided by the adjoining resort for maximum convenience. These include, for example, tour and activity bookings,  a private chef, room service, Thai massage, baby-sitting and car rental (with or without driver). Beyond the private pool at the villa, you are also free to use the resort's own 25m pool alongside the sandy beach and to enjoy its tropical garden.

Koh Samui is a tropical island in the Gulf of Siam, famous for its extensive coconut plantations, white sand beaches, waterfalls and the stunning Ang Thong National Marine Park. The island has a vibrant nightlife and is reputed for its extensive collection of restaurants and bars, as well as for the numerous activities on offer including elephant trekking, canoeing, sailing, diving, golfing, fishing, biking, a tiger zoo and monkey theatre.

Cancellation Policy: 50% of deposit is refunded for a written cancellation received more than 60 days prior to check-in date. No refund is applicable for a written cancellation made 60 days or less prior to check-in date

The following rates are based on use of all 5 bedrooms. Discounts are available for rental of the villa if only 1, 2,3 or 4 bedrooms are required.

Peak Season - US$1,725++

Dec 15 – Jan 10

Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT, and include  airport transfers and continental breakfasts.

Minimum stay is 4 nights, with the exception of Easter (7 nights) & Peak Season (8 nights if over Christmas or the New Year, or 14 nights if over both.)
