The 76 sqm. apartment has oversized private balconies that are perfect for lounging, dining and entertaining. Its swinging French doors open up to the 24 sqm. veranda, enjoying picturesque views of the lake, pool and jungle hills beyond from its daybed and dining area. The bedroom is air-conditioned and features a king size bed with French doors also opening to the veranda, whilst the apartment offers both a bath and a shower.

The apartment is fully furnished and decorated to a high standard with modern Thai furniture. It is equipped with satellite TV, a CD and DVD player, personal safe, and wireless internet - and a free parking space is allocated for your use. The sofa-bed allows the unit to sleep up to three people. Bed linens and towels are of course provided.

The holiday apartment's kitchen is finished with granite counter tops and is fully equipped with a hob and extractor fan, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster and a full set of crockery, cutlery and glassware.

Guests are invited to enjoy the complex's gym, pool, children's pool, gardens and central facilities, including the guest reception area where maid services and more may be arranged.

Layan Beach has been described as "Phuket's secret beach."  It is located at the north of Bang Tao bay, and welcomes you with blue seas, white sands and palm trees. It remains a relatively quiet beach that has managed to retain its charm and to avoid the hustle and bustle of Patong, whilst allowing easy access to Phuket town, Phuket international airport and Patong.
