Cha Am  Beachfront Villa

This Cha Am holiday villa for rent offers unbeatable value! A three storey beachfront villa, it is part of a small complex approximately three kilometres out of Cha Am, the popular Thai beach resort just above the royal retreat of Hua Hin. Whilst it offers ready access to the shops and markets of the resort town of Cha Am, it also enjoys a prime beachfront setting among flowering tropical gardens.

The complex offers not one but three swimming pools (one of which is for children), a private spa for some indulgent pampering, and a gym. The restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes, with both Thai and international specialties that may be enjoyed either at the restaurant itself or back in the privacy of the villa, to which they deliver.

The villa sleeps up to 8 guests. It has two double bedrooms, and two twin bedrooms, with a total of four bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. The master bedroom occupies the whole of the top floor, whilst the other bedrooms on the second floor enjoy access to the wrap-around balcony.  This Cha Am holiday home  has a fully equipped kitchen (with freezer, microwave, kettle, etc)  and the dining area seats eight. The villa's main living room offers an oversized balcony for simply relaxing or for al fresco meals.

Wi-Fi streams through the property keeping you connected whilst on holiday.

The Phetchburi and Cha Am region is a favourite getaway for Bangkokians, who make the easy 200km drive to the resort to visit its  beaches, waterfalls, palaces and temples, to enjoy its fishing and sea sports, and to savour its fresh seafood. Cha Am is also renowned for its national parks...and for the eight world class golf courses that are a mere 30 minute drive from the villa.

Cha am has managed to retain its Thai spirit much more resiliently than many other Thai beach resorts, making it the perfect beach destination for a family holiday in Thailand and  for those seeking authenticity.

There is no minimum stay, with the exception of the period from 20th December 2012 to  10th January 2013 when the minimum stay is one week.
