Sam Roi Yot is approximately 250 km from Bangkok and is easily accessed by plane, train (via Pranburi station) , car or bus. The closest airport offering flights from Bangkok is Hua Hin, 32 km (or approximately 25 minutes) from Sam Roy Yot. The villa is reached by car or taxi from Bangkok in approximately 2.5 hours.

living area blend in an open design, and the
large panorama windows enhance the feeling of
space and contact with nature. The
extensive pergola and covered veranda and garden
are perfect for enjoying the beautiful scenery
of Sam Roy Yot's verdant , 600 metre mountains.

its living room, dining room and kitchen, two
bedrooms and one bathroom. From the bathroom.

area and external shower. The villa
enjoys a tropical valley setting, yet only 900
metres from the villa lies a white sand beach,
where there are a number of resorts and
restaurants offering fresh seafood and other
Thai specialties. Traditional Thai massage may
be enjoyed here. Across the sea are outlying
islands dotting the horizon, and only five
kilometres away lies the national park.
